The Nuremberg Trade Show was the platform chosen by Mig Productions to launch their latest release - a 58 minute DVD, the first in a series which deals with the always complex subject of using Pigments.

Mig Productions release their different product categories under a series of different labels - 502 Abteilung (brushes and oil paints), Sin Industries (Filter sets), Mig Productions (update sets, Pigments and complete kits). Now, a fourth name has been added - Night Vision which will be the area responsible for producing and releasing a series of DVDs. The first of these (after two years of preparation and planning!) has now been released:

This 58- minute DVD demonstrates using pigments on a variety of different projects and to acheive a variety of different effects. Speaking with Miguel and Adam (who does the commentary), the rationale behind the DVD was simple - books can only go so far when one is demonstrating a technique - sometimes you have to see it 'in action'. As an addition to the DVD, a small 8-page booket is also included which has additional information about areas such as thinning and also using pigments in other areas of modeling such as figures, aviation or SF. The DVD can be obtained directly from the company or thru your usual suppliers of Mig Productions' products. However, the story doesn't end here. The next DVD is already in production. This, which will be done by Adam Wilder, will guide the users thru the minefield of Washes, Filter and using Oil Paints. The next three will cover Paint Chipping, using PE and Winter Camouflage...

The company have also entered into partnership with Vallejo to produce a series of Acrylic Paint Sets (along with a couple of high-quality brushes) which will cover all the principal combatants. The first of these:
