Here's the latest figure set from Miniart Ltd. of immediate use for dioramists.
We're now in the position of getting a balance between the two types of figures which are needed for Dioramas or Vignettes - the 'In-Action' type and the 'Relaxed'. Within the second category is this NEW set from Miniart Ltd.:

35062 - German Soldiers at Rest

The set consists of five figures along with a chair. The poses are in a variety of positions - shaving, washing cooking and (inevitably) an officer who has comandeered a chair... The set is in 1/35th scale and contains 41 parts.

35062 will be released in April 2009.

this set is definitely not for those who want action packed figures but can be interesting in a diorama. i remember making similar set of resting germans by tamiya and Italeri many years back. it seems that nobody has thought or making an Esbit cooker in 1/35 scale yet.
