Great News. I hope Cromwell can keep up with the orders, because I think they will get a whole bunch!

I ordered the Chally 2, 2008/9 upgrade roughly four weeks ago, when Gordon first informed me of it being produced. Then two weeks ago, he sent me an Email telling me to look out for a large parcel, as he had posted the upgrade and some replacement Bar armour for my two Mastiffs'. Well the order from Hong Kong that I placed three days after his Email, telling me he had sent it(The elusive Chally 2 upgrade) has arrived, so obviously the Royal Mail is on a go slow, or they have lost the directions to my house. So on that scale of things, as my order was in and the kit sent, it has got to be within the first 10 let alone 50. So all will be made clear when it arrives??????

I hope Mr. Brown is doing the order, because I have ordered in Nov. last year and pay months ago and no reaction. I tried it via email and postal letter. Nothing happen.

Mr Mod Armorama PROUDLY announced Cromwells special on the Cr2. You PROUDLY posted it knowing FULL WELL how POOR their rep is regarding customer service. YOU should shoulder the blame and be a bit more selective as to which companies you promote here. Delete away. T

Tom & Graeme. There have been numerous threads on this subject. We haven't deleted them. However, in this case, it is a 'What's New' thread, of a News report. It is NOT to discuss any problems with Cromwell. That comment is as offensive as it is incorrect. Manufacturers constantly get in touch with us asking the Site and Network to publish details of their New Releases and yes, promotions such as this. So, we promote (as you put it) MiniArt, Masterbox, AFV Club etc. etc. etc. We also cover Retailers. Look closely at the Reviews section, Cromwell don't supply us with Review material, look at the advertisers. Cromwell doesn't appear there either. So what DO we, as a Network get out of it (apart from abuse) ?
