Pit-Road might be a manufacturer that you normally associate with small scale ships. This April, they are adding a 1/72 IJA 28cm Howitzer to their catalog.

The IJA 28cm Howitzer is based on an Italian design used primarily during the Russo-Japanese war. It may have seen very limited use as late as World War II. The model kit includes four figures which all appear to be from the Russo-Japanese war period. It also includes a number of small pieces that you would expect to when handling 28cm artillery shells.
