We've just been sent images which update a previous report we ran on MiniArt's MB Typ 170V in 1/35th Scale.
The model, which is currently in-progress (but seems to be getting close to release) is:

35095 - MB TYPE 170V Personenwagen

A full set of images of the Test-Model and Sprues can be seen at the side.

Our thanks to MiniArt Ltd for the Update!

Finally... been waiting for this one to join my other beautiful 1/35 civilian autos!

Wow! This looks to be a very well engineered little kit. I really like the way all the doors open & have interior detail - unlike some well-known maker's recent car offerings. I'll definitely be adding one to my growing 1:35 used-car lot... Tom

At first I thought that this was a retooled Master Box Kit. The Master Box kit is the convertable. But now the more I look at it I don't think it is. Roy

I too agree that this is a very impressively engineered kit. The one piece frame is going to be very beneficial to many modellers, and the excellent detail engineered into the kit's design looks like it will allow almost unlimited diorama potential. I have yet to work with the multi-piece styrene tires, but I think they will provide a better solution to one-piece tires as the mold lines will be easier to clean up. Needless to say I'm looking forward to picking a couple of these up. Oh, and thanks for providing us with actual photos instead of CAD images MiniArt

What a great release this is. I've been waiting a very long time for military/civilian cars in 1/35th. I just got the ICM Mercedes G4 and this would look good in a diorama of a Police officer stopping civilian traffic to let an officer's G4 have the right of way. Very nice indeed.
