I then turned to add grips, which are not supplied. I used silver wire for that.
Last hurdles are the gutters. I had serious problems in working the gutters.

Variants
Although it seems that only 40 vehicles have been built in total, there are minor differences, which all can be realized with this kit, except for decals, which are not provided.
1.) 3 rectangular engine vents.
2.) 8 mushroom style engine vents.
3.) Gutters exceeding the vision slits.
4.) Gutters with same level as vision slits.
5.) No gutters.
6.) Vehicles with and without "balkenkreuz", those with are additionally marked with roman numbers on the bow.
7.) And seem to be painted "reichsbahn" grey.
8.) Other paint variant is German sand, but I also saw a picture of a very battle weary example which additionally carries a very crude hand painted camouflage.
Although the kit provides very nice hinges, the bolts which are “fixing” them are not represented. Normally I am using a “Grainers set” to produce nuts and bolts but as this kit had to be made out of the box I simply made small holes with a needle to simulate the bolts.
