Nice model there. I am interesting in the Chinese New Year theme that you seem to have surreptitiously added. Is it photoshop or did you actually add those decals of the (inverted) character 福?

The upside down character is a decal and is supposed to be there. The crew of S33 got the idea of putting the Chinese character on the tank from a Signet ring. It has been rendered upside down because it's a homonym on the 3 word expression "luck has arrived" (fu dao le) which sound the same as "luck upside down". It's actually a pretty sophisticated usage of the character, most people in the western world don't have a clue about Chinese characters, much less the language.
Thanks for the comments everyone! I'm really proud of this one. I entered it into the IPMS Silver Wings contest in Elk Grove back in December and managed to take 3rd place. Made me feel really good especially since that was the first time I've ever entered anything into a contest.

Dear Scott,
I am e-mailing you from Manila, Philippines. I have a tiger one late production (Dragon) on my workbench right now. I liked the way you finished your model. Nice paint and very subtle weathering. Just exactly how I want my models!
Great built!

Scott, nice job Scott. I didn't think that S33 had the air cleaners on the backend. Can anyone produce any photos of the rear end?

Thanks!
The vast majority of the Das Reich Tigers at the battle of Kursk had the air cleaners installed, based upon the many great photos in "Das Reich Tigers" by Wolfgang Schneider, J.J. Fedorowicz Publishing, so I had nothing to indicate that it didn't. (you can read my review of this excellent book here: LINK )
I couldn't find a picture of the back end of S33, however if you look very closely at this photo of S33 you can see the air cleaner sticking on the right rear next to the S Mine discharger. The quality of the photo is poor unfortunately. I have a much higher resolution scan on my PC. I had to shrink this one down to upload onto photobucket.
