Then I use matchboxes to make windows or doors. You must cover each with aluminum foil to protect them from the plaster.
The plastic above is packing material used for the protection of material (you can find it electronic shops for example).
I use that plastic and then wrap it in aluminum foil, this will help you to make any shape you need for the wall. See Fig. 3
Make a couple of those packing foil door/window blocks. Then position them in the overall mold to make the form you wish for your wall.

Pouring

Poor the plaster in the completed mold (Fig. 4). Wait a little while for the plaster to dry. Then you can start giving some form to your plaster.
Slowly give it the shape of a wall with a nail for example. In Figure 5 this has been started.
When the plaster is dry, test the plaster by slowly removing one of the aluminum
packing. Here it is a matchbox for the window (You can see this in the top middle of Figure 6.)
It was dry so I took every aluminum packing away, but be careful it is still plaster so it is fragile.
