These are the Resicast full resin kits of the T16 Carrier and towed 6pdr Anti Tank Gun. I finished the vehicle as a carrier from C Squadron, The Lake Superior Regiment (Motor Infantry Corps) 4th Canadian Armoured Division - NWE 1944. Figuers and stowage are also form Resicast. The base on page one is a generic one form SB Models and on page 2 a generic home made job, that one day I might get around to finishing..

Hi Alan,
That sure is one busy piece of road, I am sure that there have been many other vehicles travelling along its cobbles; an Austin Tilly for example?
Anyway two very nice builds that the road sets off nicely, I keep promising myself a 'carrier' as I was fortuante enough to have a few rides in one when I was 8 or 9, as a school friends grandad had an old one that he said he had bought for no more than £10 if memory serves me right, along with a shed load of spare parts, that he used to race about their farm. It used to carry all manner of animal fodder and other farm bits.
I shall keep an eye on your latest work involving that nice AA conversion.
Aye,
John

Hi John,
- Yes, busy like my streeet corner. I bought a couple of generic bases off Stewart at SB Models for quick picture purposes. They are very handy for single vehicles or a few figuers. I might build a larger more interesting generic one some time too.
When I get a bit more space and time, things will start to morph onto their own settings as most of my builds are cross connected to something else. All part of the great plan , but in the mean time I'm catching up on some 30 years of missed opportunity and fun.
I think the carriers are great, I've about another 5 to build D and Nigel Watson's Universal Carrier has lots of other possibilities other than the standard basic vehicles.
Cheers
Al
