This diorama that Bart Campbell has shared with us I believe has a great story behind it and the figures are excellent in my opinion. The Panzer II is the Tamiya kit with Friul Model tracks and some of the Voyager model photo etched set, also utilised were dry transfers from Archer, and Lionmarc gun. The Hotchkiss is the Bronco Model kit with the Eduard photo etched kit and Friul Model tracks. The figures are from a variety of different kits produced by Dragon Models, Tristar, Warriors, and Tank. All of the heads were replaced with Hornet heads and some of the figures were converted to meet Bart’s needs.

Very nice all around...
Top notch figure conversions and painting. The vehicles and ground work are constructed and finished just as well, and the composition is quite good.
Well done. This was a joy to look at.
Thanks for sharing!

Vehicles are less "visible" than the figures, so I concentrate on the figs (and the terrain)!!
Attention to small (but important) details à gogo!!!
Rifle is firmly gripped, bad guys have the "early war" look, faces and uniforms are expertly handled. Nice shading, just the right amount!!
Terrain is not prominent, which is absolutely correct here! Grass (almost) looks like the real thing!! No lawn here!!
Well done indeed!!
Congratulations Sir!!!
Cheers

Hi Bart,
Excellent work, the Germans have that arrogant look of the victor and the balance is very good. Class work all round.

Lovely model Bart. When I saw it the first time, I was taking in the figures so much, I never noticed the water at the front. Great all round dio .... as others have already pointed out .... everything is strong/well done. Nice one.
