Ian Barraclough has had the opportunity to photograph a great deal of modern British Army equipment. In these photographs he shares a number of them here. The first batch cover a vehicle at the workshops and cover what happened when the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers (REME) had to replace a fuel line. The initial idea was to use the workshop crane to lift the turret however this was not up to the job and they used two Coles Cranes instead. The remainder are from British Army Training Unit Suffield (BATUS) taken out on the Prairie. It was these images that gave Ian the idea to create a truly great diorama.
