The finished model was initially pre shaded black & white followed by very light coats of Vallejo pale sand. Ian added chips with a sponge using various dark greens. Further chips were picked out using reds and metallics with a brush followed by pin washes and streaking with various oils and Flory Models sand and dark brown washes. A final matt coat and a bit of streaking before addition of the mine tape, which was painted in situ. The sign was printed using white decal paper, once dry it was sealed with matt varnish and applied.

Really nice work on the model and a unique presentation. What is the name of the stand you have the model resting on and how well does it work? It looks like it might be a tool I could use.

Its part of the Tamiya painting stand, I only use the turntable section and the small parts holders, which I wish you could buy extras for.
Its a great tool, grab one
