Bart Campbell based this great diorama from the many inspirational photos of Allied soldiers, including Canadians, posing with their souvenirs and destroyed or abandoned German tanks.
The vehicles are were all improved and updated beginning with the Panther it is the Tamiya kit detailed with Friulmodel tracks, Atak zimmerit, Eureka tow cables, Aber barrel and photo etch and the Tank Workshops interior set. Bart has included some photos of the interior prior to it being closed up. The Jeep in the Tamiya kit detailed with Aber photo etch.
The figures are from a wide variety of manufactures including Hornet, Royal Model, Wolf, Nemrod, Sovereign 2000, SKP, and probably bits and pieces from some others. Most of the figures were converted to meet the needs of the diorama.
The building is a MiniArt kit which has been converted by cutting it to fit the diorama and adding "plaster" wall to the exterior. The furniture and other interior details are from MiniArt, Plus Model, and some scratch built items such as the baby crib. The cobblestone road is a Verlinden Productions kit. The rest of the base is scratch built including the retaining wall and steps, chain railing, and sidewalk.

Great composition. The figures, Panther, Jeep and buildings are all first rate. The diorama clearly communicates its story. Well done.

Excellent dio and I really like the interior work on the Panther. My one minor criticism is that the tracks should really have more of a sag - esp on the right side.

Great care of details. I like the figures, very well painted. Also I noticed the green on the dock to show the effect of the tide. Very nice.
