Iveco Lince

  • move
The Iveco Lince was used by the Italian Special Forces Task Force 45 in Afghanistan. This offering from Italeri in 1/35th scale is of very good quality in Castriota opinion. He scratch built some elements such as the spare wheel covered by two Italian poncho liners (he used a putty to create them) then he added two US MRE boxes hold by two bands and in addition on both sides of the vehicles he added two metal boxes to store fuel cans. In front of the bumper there is an added wheel, the purpose of the wheel is to remove obstacles or clear vehicles which block the road. Next to the wheel he recreated an orange tow rope with putty. On the roof of the model there is an orange panel to identify the vehicles to passing aircraft (even this is built with putty ).

This vehicle looks cool. I like added elements and details. I wonder what are the color references for this camouflage scheme. Great built.
