This is a 'what-if' representation of the prototype KPz.70 MBT as if it had gone into production and been modernized over the years. The base kit is Dragon's Black Label KPz.70, which is based on the example in the Munster Tank Museum. Aftermarket accessories used include Bronco Leopard II tracks, Live Resin's FLW-200 0.50Cal RWS, Legend's M2 Bradley ERA set, BMK's Leopard 2A6M antennae, Orange Hobby's Rheinmetall 120mm L44 barrel and Voyager's PzH.2000 PE sideskirts. The Legend ERA was modified to fit the front of the hull and the side skirts, while scratch built ERA was used on the turret. Other scratchbuilt parts include additional fins and screens on rear deck radiators and rear louvers, turret A/C unit and storage, fenders and mudflaps, hull and turret slat armour, anti-slip texturing, gun mantlet, 20mm autocannon delete and various other minor corrections. It is painted and weathered to represent a Bundeswehr vehicle serving in Afghanistan during operations against Al-Quaeda and the Taliban, with the Bundeswehr 3-tone desert camo over an olive green base and weathered with oils, acrylics and pigments.

This is such a cool "What if" and is beautifully built. Pretty effective-looking tank. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
