Piet is working on Dragon's Tiger II 'Analiese', it is still a work in progress and not a complete finished model. He has added Aber photo etch and resin zimmerit to the Dragon offering while the rest is a standard model. It still lacks the snow on the tank and the figures and some snow on the rear of the tracks.

After building the tank, Piet sprayed it with Mission Model paint, put a layer Matt Humbrol varnish and weathered it per his usual method. After that he sprayed white Tamiya paint and brushed the paint with Tamiya thinner, being sure to keep a very light touch as the photos Piet referenced show little weathering. The snow (regular and fine) was fixed with “glue and glaze” because water turns the snow into ice. Piet intends to fix snow on the tank with hairspray which he has found will give very realistic coverage.

I like what you've done with the kit though it also would have been interesting to have seen it before the winter camo was applied. I've been considering this particular tank for some time and with your inspiration now perhaps I will give it a try!
