Ireneusz used the ICM Liberty B, second version as the base kit for this build. He used no aftermarket accessories but decided to add in an Academy Sopwith Camel to complete the story behind this particular model. A few Liberty trucks came to Poland in 1918 with Gen. Haller's army. This particular truck has Polish air force insignia, and the plane on the bed is the only Camel in the Polish air force, used in the war with Bolsheviks in 1920 by Kenneth Murray, an American volunteer.
