A great job! From being around these things day in and day out and riding around in them I would have to say it is one of the most realistic depictions of an LAV that I've seen. I like how the unit markings look especially. We sprayed them on in a hurry (and in a lot of instances used duct tape!) they looked really goofy and out of place. He's done a great job of depicting that. My only suggestion would be to add more rust/discoloration to the exhaust. I never saw an LAV (in use) that didn't have a highly discolored exhaust. P.S. Bravo for the MOLLE packs! I never knew a Jarhead that had an ALICE pack over there and you see them on so many models. Great attention to detail!

Super model Andrew, I've made one from Italeri and I'd like to try the Trumpeter one. I've used the wheels from AEF designs, is it necessary for the Trumpeter? Could you explain how you did the scissor mount for the FN 240G. What about the the co-axial 240 , how did you find,. Thanks and congratulations. Alves

Great job on the LAV. Any iother problems with the Trumpeter kit? I heard the upper and lower rear hull don't meet up right. Scissor mount for the M240G looks good too.
