Don't know about this set Frank but the Trumpeter Stryker has been in stores for a bit and AFV's just released within the past couple weeks. I don't think that one has reached stores in the US but I know Luckymodel has it.

Blast Models is a French company. You can see their Web site at
http://www.phpshopxml.com/blamod.shop . I have ordered from them in the past and am a satisfied customer. Shipping may be expensive (as it tends to be when you order overseas), so combine several items to lower the cost. Note also that yufkey posted pictures of two separate sets--you have to buy both to get all the items pictured.

From what I know it wont get relased until next week. I'm a US service member station here in Germany and I spoke with one of the German Model shop venders who orders from BLAST. thats the 411 for now.
