just picked up MIG Productions Special forces hilux, superb kit, outstanding detail.
One thing i need is good reference pics of the hilux in action.
Does anyone have any pics or know of a good sight to get good reference pics of the hilux?

I've been eyeing that one for some time but was concerned with getting that maroon colour just right. Can I ask what paint you have chosen?

well for this hilux, i'm going to go with either a dark grey almost black colour. Or a dark navy blue......
but one thing though, if i make it a dark colour, then there will be more dirt visible on the vehicle.
But i'm game for weathering this thing

Interesting that the majority of those photos are of Tacomas, and not Hiluxes. SF used the Tacoma almost exclusively when they could. The Hiluxes were used primarily by AMF or Northern Alliance.
I've been been bothered by this ever since building several Aoshima 1/25 scale Hiluxes, but visually they are close enough. After kitting them out as in the photos, the differences are less important than the similarities.
