Looking good so far Alan. Which conversion have you used? Have always like the churchill ... one of the cooler tanks (read uglier) from WW2.
What are your plans ... dont want to point out obvious things when its clear its not finished. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Frank,
This is the Resicast Conversion kit. I'd give it 7 out of 10 as there were a number of fit issues with the turret sections, hull MG and rear turret shape. That said I think it was for the earlier Tamiya Churchhill and not this vesrion.
It will be a deep wading version pulling an ammo sledge.
The only major blunder is the side armour on the spigot mtr that sits a litttle low but of course being resin the parts set instantly so I will have to live with that rather than destroy the part trying to move it a mm.
I plan to replace the grab handles on the read engine deck and drivers hatch. Had to cut and reshape the front and add the mud slide and front stowage bins which are made form a variety of bits.
The paint and colour are of no importancs now but if you see any build issues please point them out NOW and not later when it will be way too late.
Like Shermans these are a whole new world
