does anybody know if anyone do additional modern weapons m16 derivatives shotguns etc . this would be a great help to my dioramas

Dragon had weapon sets in their "Quartermaster Series," grouped by weapon or user type, but they are not always easy to find right now. Search the Dragon figures at Great Models. See kit numbers DML3801, DML3803, DML3805 and DML3808.
Italeri and Tamiya have offered weapon sets, but mostly WW2 types.

Blast Models makes two great sets, one with sniper rifles and one with diferent M4 carbines.

BLAST also makes a M-16 set, which is excellent...M-16A2, M-16A2/M203, and M-16A4. One even has a night vision scope!

Thats actually pretty high for that kit. Hobby shops around here sell them for about US$10.
