greetings,
what is the amount of thinner you guys add to a dull coat finish so it can be airbrushed?
I am using tamiya flat base.
Also, how do you apply it so it doesn't have that "frosted" look?

That product is discussed here. You can't get the frost out, it's supposed to be mixed in with a gloss Tamiya paint.
