Hy to all!
Well, here I show you a real beauty considering russian tanks. A T-64. As I only had a T-64A kit, but a "B" turret I decided (after a long search) to depict a mix up, also known as T-64B mod.1975. Itīs a very early B with significant A markings, like the "flip-out" skirts.
Well, you can see, its the SKIF kit, detailed with some Eduard PE. The KMT-system is from SKIF as well. The turret came from Miniarm, except of the barrel, itīs one from modelpoint without the thermal sleave....
Both of the figures are from Tamiya (T-55 and T-72). I add them to see how they impact the appearance of the tank......add a bit of live.......
I will later add the tracks from miniarm as well.
Still have to add small details (clamps) and wiring to the KMT. Hope you like it, please feel free to comment.
Best regards,
Andy T.

Hi Andreas,
great build so far. Do you know/have the concord book about T-64? This variant is depicted there in a big color photo with an interesting cammo. It's on my list of "to bee build"s, too. I got the miniarm tracks, nice and suberb, but maybe a little fragile. Skif's tracks are bad and their replacment ones aren't that much better...
Please keep us informed.

Hi Andreas,
I've got a question about miniarms turret: Is it necessary to modify the kits hull to place the turret?
Thanks for an answer

Hy again!
@ Thomas: Thank you very much for your kind response! Next week I finally can start the paintjob
@ Volker: Iīve had t cut the hulls turretring, beacause miniarms turretring is much larger in diameter as the SKIFīs one. Not a big deal at all. I think the pics explain it better:
Hope this helps,
Best regards,
Andy T.
