I just finished a large portion of the Journal Entry system for the campaign area. For those doing the campaigns you can now enlist in any campaign and then create journal entries (max one per day) that can include a bit of text describing your progress and an image under 35kb in size.
This code was all developed from scratch so if you see anything that looks REALLY buggy (not links that don't work yet, but error messages, areas that you think you aren't suppose to see, etc.) then please let me know.
It's working except that images must be added at this point (this should be optional) and there are no editing or deleting functions.
All in good time.
Cheers,
Jim

Hi,
Once again Jim is spoiling us creating another great feature for this site.
I've posted a message at the campaign Aerodrome topics to let the participants know that they have this new feature available.

Is there a modeling version of the Bronze Star, maybe the Armorama Medal Of Honor.

Thanks guys!
I have done some additional work and now the project profile, main gallery url, and submitting a journal entry without an image are all working.
I also added a handy list on the Campaigns homepage to see the last 10 journal entries.
Cheers,
Jim

Jim
I`ve just tested the Journal entry system and it works great I haven`t seen any flaws in it and the possibility to upload pics from your own pc works really good.
I also noticed the view ten last entries
Great Job Jim

dmd,
Well the actual honor is that you are accepted into an order of the Golden Rivet. So in a sense you are made a Knight of Armorama. So you can't really do it twice.
