The particular picture you have posted shows the tiger combined with the "tamiya Tank crew at rest" I dont know if this comes with the kit but you can buy it seperately.

Hey toon, well the Tamiya mid production only comes with figure!!! Also shown in that photo is tamiyas tiger crews at rest which has five figs. Now Tamiya did a spacial Combination kit at one time with of them in the same box. If you can find that special addition I'd say go for it! I've only found it once or twice in my time here in Japan. BTW the kit you listed only has the one figure so i'd check the number again, or maybe they are selling the 2 kits together. good luck stug

Hi Toon,
The kit you mention 35194 is the Tiger I mid and only has one figure. There is another tamiya Tiger I mid kit 35202 that is the special edition Otto Carius version that has a figure of Otto and his crew. This kit is about 20 dollars higher than the basic Mid kit so if the crew is worth 15 to 20 more dollars is for you to decide. Here is a link to show you the two different kits.

toon you're better off buying the tank and a separate figure set. check the discout places, you can get some real good figure sets for under $7 as well as a great price on the Tiger
