Hi David,
From what I've heard Tank figures, which are resin, are as you put it 'bloody impressive'
You can read a few of reviews of Tank figures here: The Complete List of TANK Reviews

They are good. But as with resin figure, it takes a skilled modeller to give them character. If you are experienced, I would highly reccomend them. If you are not good at figures, you might want to practice on something that does not cost soooooooo much. Did I mention their great poses.

These figures are great, I have about six sets of these figures and they are all really nice. I have a post, below( Looking for tiger crew) that shows some in my Tiger.
I am going to buy more!

Hi David
I bought them all here. He has a great service, very quick and normally takes about two weeks to get to Australia by postage or less.

Hey guys,
I can attest to these figures as I sell them myself through my hobby business.
TAHK figures (as opposed to Tank), are as good as, and sometimes better than Alpine figures. The quality of the resin, and the natural poses are great. Other than all the figures are either WWII German or Russian, with a few modern Russian figures thrown in. They are working on British and US figures as well to be released in the future. Along with their figures, TAHK also has an impressive array of accessories and heads. So if you don't want to spend the money on a resin figure, you can buy separate heads to replace your Dragon heads, and still get the great facial expressions.
Now for the shameless plug........
Go to my EBay store if you want to take a look at what I have in stock. I am running a permanent shipping sale, where if you buy 4 sets of figures (or more), I will ship anywhere in the world for free. Have a look.

Hi,
I bought several sets of TANK-figs and I'm very satisfied with them. Their poses are very good and they cover soviet/russian stuff very well.
I wouldn't call them better as Alpine-fig's. Both are very fine, but differ in their overall appearance: While Alpines figs, esp. their faces look slim (just like Hornet heads, too), TANK-figs look more "rounded" (but without beeing "fat"). Personally I found Alpines-figs more crisp than TANK, but poses more interesting on the later. Both aren't cheap, but to me, worth its money.
A little bit : TANK has a range called 5.45, which can be found through their russian-homepage. You'll find some interesting offers there, too.
