I was bouncing around the web tonight and found somthing you really should check out. the address is below.

This is "Harkonnen's" site. He can be found fairly often at Tanknet. He appears to be a engineer or military industry person and is located in the Ukraine.

He has done much for us who do Modern Russian Modelling.
