What is the proper or closest color for the interior of the M270 MLRS?

Would medium field green work?

AFAIK the interior color of the M270 is the same as the one used with some other US AFVs (Sea Foam Green)...

YUP, it is Sea Foam Green on the interior. The inner surfaces of the crew doors and roof hatch are the same as the exterior color though.
