I think you may want to lighten the color of the field jacket a little. Other than that I think you've got some nice figures there.

Hehe, I don't think you have to expect people to answer that fast, even if that sometimes happen here!
I would say they look good but a little bit to flat. Take for example the guy most to the right on the bottom pic, you have good contrast between the lightest and the darkest, but a very short transition between them. Try soften that out a bit and perhaps also add another lighter highlight, and it will look better I believe. Secondly, I don't know if this is just the pics, but the black line between the fingers seems a bit too dark for my taste.
You are on to a very good start, just a little bit more work and they will look great! Have you started on the heads?
