Hi were the 68 ton bridge weight stencil applied to early M1's in Iraq.

Thanks Gary have not seen many applied to ones in Iraq is why I asked.

Or maybe covered by sand.

We repainted tanks frequently and most of the administrative markings (no step, lift here, 68, etc.) were not reapplied. We just concentrated on bumper markings and tactical markings.

I remember when we went from OD to the first cammo scheme we did re-apply a few stencils like serial numbers but like Rob mainly just the bumper tags and unit markings
