What type of camo did Special Forces wear in afghanistan?
i've seen pics of the 3-tone desert, and some of them just wearing tan coloured uniforms.
what colour were the camelbaks they wore?

The SF soldiers I met in Afghanistan wore regular US desert uniforms. Karzai protection team wore civilian clothes (Berghaus and similar brands). In the early campaign SF personel wore everything from regular uniforms to civilian afghani clothes.
The Camel Backs I saw (and used) were either in desert camo or plain green. Never saw black Camel Backs, and I would not wear one either since the sun would heat it very fast. You could easily skip the Camel Back as well. We found out the hard way that water gets bad very quickly when stored in it. The moth piece gets very dirty and as a result you have to spend hours on the toilet. It was easier (and more hygienic) to just stuff a couple of water bottles in the west or back pack.

Try militaryphotos.net, hit the photo for OEF, then US, then Special forces. You'll find plenty of photos there.
Alternatively, try to find Special Forces in Afghanistan by Michelleti (I may have spelled his name wrong). Lots of pics in there as well.
