I tried submitting a zip file of a feature article which is 4.7 megs large but your support@armorama address bounced it back to me saying that its too large.

I though 5 megs was the cut-off.

is it possible to submit my feature entry as 2 zip files in 2 emails?

Ralph,
Yes you can definitely submit it as two files. If the system creates an account for you via that email then you can also login and add a response to the ticket and attach the 2nd file.

As far as the file situation I will check the settings on the server, but keep in mind there is always an actual 'on-disk' file size that actually varies from the files size quoted in Windows, etc. it's the 'on-disk' file size that you have to look at.

Thanks,
Jim

Ralph,

Your Whitewash submission came through, 10 images and a word doc. Are there more or is that it? The total file size on that submission was only 1.26 MB.
