Hi folks,
I've noticed over the last 2 weeks or so a change in the way new posts behave. There seems to be a delay in their moving to the top of the list and also when they do the lastest posts on the home page doesn't always change.
Anyone else noticed this?
Al

Hi Alan,
Are you taking into consideration the page caching that is going on now? The only pages that are always "fresh" are the regular forum pages. The homepage and LP pages (for the most part) are cached so minute-to-minute changes are not seen. The refresh is every 5-10 minutes I think.
You can see if a page is cached by looking all the way at the bottom for a yellow bar with text indicating so.
Thanks,
Jim

Thanks Jim,
Just noticed the difference recently, the switch always seemed much quicker before.
Large amounts of information I suppose.
No worries.
