Has anyone here ever put together one of PST Model's 1/72 scale trucks (ie: ZIS-5 or ZIS-6, Studebaker, etc)? I have 5 truck kits and the tires do not fit on the rims, the rims/wheels are way too big and I've ruined 2 of them trying to force the damn tires on.

If anyone can offer any solutions, I appreciate it. Yargh.

What are the tires made of? The only thing I can think of,is getting a small jewelers file (round) and carefully sanding the insides of the tires where the rims go on Also keep test fitting the parts
