Hi Cyril,
Off the top of my head I cannot quote a source, but would advise the following enquiries:
Contact the Tamiya importer and ask which of your local model shops stock the Tamiya super thin cement.
If there is not a shop local to you ask which mail order establishments stock it.
I would imagine that Hannants woul carry it as they carry virtually everything else!
