Richard,
I saw your dio on that other site (i see you changed the title)
I think this is a really good dio!!! I like the paint work and the goundwork. The atmosphere is great! You've really captured the guys cautiously moving into position. Great job.
Did you sculpt the figures?

Hi Richard,
A very nice overall feel to the dio. The groundwork is well done as well as the tank and figures. Their very well posed and positioned too. I hope you don't mind me saying but I'm a bit confused how the tank got stuck in what seems to be an embankment or mound. Other than the hatches thrown open showing that it was abandoned which is well done I may have missed it but I can see no other visible damage.
Assuming the tank crashed into the embankment rather than sunk in slowly, soil would be thrown up around the immediate sides and the front of the tank from the impact. Just like a mortar/artillery round hitting the ground it throws up the soil in the surrounding areas. As it appears now it gradually sunk in instead. Though its not critical but if the barrel was pointing upwards towards the sky it may have made the scene more dramatic.
Just my observation though as you have a very good overall finish.

A lovely dio, one to be proud of!
The Panther is great, love the destroyed interior, great work. The groundwork is also excellent, the snow is very convincing, especially where it has stuck in the zimmerit etc.
As I said, great stuff!

Great diorama! I like it a lot. Very well laid out scene. And as already pointed out you have done a great job on the snow and ground work.
Thanks for sharing

The tank was abandoned on a road above after a hit
it was pushed of the road and later a bommer run over it
that is why the earth mud and sand over the tank

That is a great looking dio you have there. Its always sad to see these magnificent beasts at the end of their short lives. Im sure some Allied vets would disagree with me on that point!!
Would make a good black and white image too even with a plain black background.
