First off, you should have put this in the Soviet cheering section of the site!
Here is a link that has a tiny amount of info in the middle of the article: Engineering assets of Soviet Union/ Russia
Also, you should ask on tanknet. I would do so for you, but I am away from home for a while. Go ahead, they generally do not bite!
However, do not expect much at all. I have found that getting info on ANY modern Easern European Engineering asset is almost impossible. I have been looking for information on the MT-LB based AZM engineering vehicle made in the Ukraine and have found 5 photos and a one sentence explaination. Sheesh.
