Marcin,
It's a very nice build. Only a small comment and I'm not quite sure if I get this right or not. The Japanese soldier in the last photo has a bayonet on his rifle. I'm not sure how the Japanese bayonet attached to the rifle. I will more likely to think that the muzzle of the rifle passes through the hole on the J-shape protection plate of the bayonet with the pin underneath the barrel inserted in the handle of the bayonet to secure the bayonet to the rifle. As I mentioned, I'm not quite sure how it attached but check your reference.
Best Regards,
Steven Lu

I just check this detail: you have right, that should be in mauser rifle or mosin nagant, but not in arisaka rifle - bayonet from arisaka seems different, look at this photo:

Excellent display. Some really great details on the head gear and just about everything on the figures. Everything looks very well done.
The only suggestions I can make are personal ones. Like some wear and tear on the tank. And the leaves really look plastic, maybe some weathering on those also.
Would like to see some close ups of how the faces turned out.
Also the setting maybe a little off for Saipan, I don't remember any seawall logs in any photos but I may be wrong on that one.
Overall I really like it.
Congrats on an excellent job.

Very nice looking set up. I hope that guy behind the tank isn't a good shot or wise some Marines are going to be unhappy.
Thanks for sharing.

Nice! I have to agree that the tank should be a little more weathered. But a great looking dio!

I like the size and quantity of subject matter. Usually a diorama spans a large space and needs 'dead' space to be filled in. This doesn't at all. Nice job. Lots of good things to say, nice base, nice subject (don't see the tankette often), figures are really nice.

I like the compact size, I think it emphasizes the close quarters combat common to the central pacific fighting. It's good to go in my book!

Great dio Marcin! I would hope that the Marines would be hammering away with everything they had before they got that close! But great dio none the less! You have great talent!

Nice dio.....hope that Marine with the flamethrower gets busy real soon or the tank is gonna make mincemeat out of his squad!
Like the figure painting and the layout....agree that the tank and foliage could be weathered a bit more.
Cheers,
Charles

Hi Marcin,
Some excellent work here and a nice setting. I'd agree the tank looks too clean. Figs and setting are great but I'm not sure this one works for me because of the exposed Marines.
If this tank is 'live' then the Marines would either be dead or have bugged out pronto. If however, it's an adandoned tank that the Japanese are trying to recapture then it would work but it would need a bit of an abandoned look to it.
Everything looks excellent, it's just the premis that I'm not too sure about.
Great work

Nice dio Marcin. The figures looks great, and the ground work & vegetation are superb. Could you please describe the plants ... what did you use? There seems to be a good bit of etch there, but one never knows when its painted. Its all very natural, and all well tied together, from the built trunks to the palm, the dead undergrowth to the mixture of plants used. Nice one.

Nice Dio,I was wondering about the tank as well,if its live the marines would be out of the game by the time they got that close why isnt the guy with the flame thrower not pointing it at the tank it seems the only thing capable of taking it out or making life uncomfortable just a thought other wise excellent work.

It looks good to me. However, I would agree that the tank would look more in place with a thrown track or something similar. But that is a smaller detail.
Overall, very good job. Thanks for sharing
