Question are the interiors painted Nato Green or painted in sand Color.

It's all a matter of choice. Some will still be painted in Nato green but, the vast majority will be painted sand.

New production would most likely be sand..... older stuff could be either or..........

I usually tell humvee modellers, find a picture and go with it. That way you can't be wrong.

IIRC, if they're a soft top, the interior will be whatever the exterior color is.

Hardtop interiors all depends on the paintshop on base or the depot really.....Some do it by the book, others do whatever is needed for minimum requirements.
