Hi Guys,
I'm looking for pics of the Sherman IB 105mm. Particularly interested in the rear hull, spec. Tried Toadman's and google but can't seem to find what I want.
Also what was the difference between the IB and IBY?
Cheers
Al

Hi Al,
The "Y" means HVSS suspension.

Hi Pat,
Many thanks for those. Maybe a Polish Sherman BI in Italy, if I can make it work.
Cheers

Alan, drop me a line for a scan from the Concord Book The British Sherman which incorrectly caption one as a Firefly 1c. It is on page 60 from memory and is from the rear. You can see this vehicle has a one piece comd hatch indicating an all round cupola not known to be fitted to Brit Hybrids/Fireflies but found on late M4 105. All the typical late M4 features are their including the fold down grille plate.
