If so, what scale would you call them?? 1/72?
I was thinking of picking up some and doing some urban small scale dios, but I don't want to have to scratchbuild everything.

Had never heard of the little buggers before... For me it could just as well be a Gaullic tribe in the roman era.
But a little search on HeroClix came up with this

Jamie, this would be a thread more suited to ModelGeek than armorama. To answer your question though, they are HEROes (Spiderman,Superman, Batman, etc.) no civilian. They are probably closer to 1/35 but not quite that either (28mm I think). These are figs for a game created by WizKids. Try Google and see the MILLIONS of entries. HTH

Just saw it- I have to admit I know what they are
Without one in front of me I'd say they are 32mm They are a bit bigger than 1/72. If you want production items I'd say 1/72 is close.
If you've purchased much in the smaller scales you'll notice there can be a large variance in the actual scale of the item. So, give them a try. I'd say they are to big for HO train stuff and a bit small for O.

Sorry for the rant fellas. I guess I should have made myself more clear.
I am aware of what HeroClix are, I just didn't know how to scale size them.
Thanks!

Well, if they stand 25mm tall, they are 1/72nd, if they are 50-51mm mm tall, they are 1/35th.
