So can I brush future on with a wide brush and still get the same results as my airbrush?
or will brush marks show?

Future is designed to be self leveling, remember, it's a floor polish designed to shine when applied with a mop! I have brushed it on cars and had a smooth finish. (Unfortunately the paint below it wasn't all that smooth ). For armor/aircraft applications, you can brush it on. Be careful not to use too much as is will pool at teh base of verticle surfaces since it does take a lilttle bit to dry and gravity does its thing.

Like AJ I have brushed Future on car models with great success - I dont own an airbrush. As with all paint finishes the base is critical. If your base coat is not perfect Future will highlight all the imperfections. Also, as with all brush painting, your brush must be clean, preferably one only used for Future to stop any bleeding of pigments from previous paints. Because it is very thin and self levelling it can be tricky when brush applying to avoid puddling in any details that can hold it. As with other slow dry finishes it is a good idea to leave the model to cure in a dust free environment. I use a convenient size cardboard box but any clean container with a lid is ok.
As a new armour modeller I am not sure of the uses for Future on armour apart from pre-decal prep. I have used it on car models to add gloss or semi-gloss details to matt surfaces such as the undertrays and cockpit interiors, as well as the usual treatment of clear parts.
Regards Dave

I brush Future on my armor models as a gloss prep for the decals. Works okay for me. New and improved, Now with much less silvery looking decals...

I've always airbrushed it on, very low pressure (5-10 lbs) and straight from the bottle.

Thanks for the reply's, I too have also always airbrused future to my models, the worst mistake is to put it on thick, 2-3 thin coats..., runs like water
