Good luck in finding it. I have seen very few pics of the KV-1. I have never seen any of the KV-2. IF someone in with one in a musum would open theres up they good make alot of money off the pics of it.

I think there is about 2 KV-2-s in existence -and they're welded shut. A Russian friend of mine told me that even if it wasn't the case, the interiors are probably completely cleared out... and no one has drawings or plans. It's sad, but probably we'll never know how they looked like from the inside. That huge turret just begs for a resin set.

Well I guess if you built one no one could say you were wrong. Seems like maybe some of the vets in russia if there are any left could help make line drawings of them. Surely one day some plans will surface.

Ola guys

Funny topic... I was actually wondering this the other day when I was browsing through the instruction manual of the Trumpeter KVII big turret and wondered how the interior of a vehicle like that would have looked... and I couldn't recall ever hearing about an update set being available for it.

I know there is at least one KVI in Bovington. Don't know how it looks from the inside but it is there. And maybe some day they will dig one up from a bog or a river or something just as with these T34's.

With friendly greetz

Try this link. An early KV 1 was pulled out of a river in 2003. There are a few shots into the hatches that may be usefull. Do a search for KV 1, or KV-1, some thing might turn up.

Hello,

I've got some interior pics of the Aberdeen KV-1 while it was opened up. Let me know if you want these, they're interesting.
