Hobby Fan has the M55 Quad Trailer IIRC. (There's an OOP Kirin one floating out there as well. they can be used sans trailer in the Halftrack

I'd sit tight and wait for the Trumpeter one or the likely to be released DML one as well. Why spend $45 on a resin one when their release by these two injection giants is imminent?

You could also get the AFV club Nancy Gun Truck and use the turret from that. Still leaves you a nice truck kit ta boot!

Really? Can you share what leads you to that conclusion? That would be sad, I think

It has been well over a year since the announcement with no news since. That is not promising.

Well, in China. We modlers also talked about Trumpter US Halftruck series program in forums and BBS. Some staff changes happened in Trumpter, from recent Trumpter producitons(Such as M1126 and German Panzerjägerwagen vol.1), the quality were unsteadiness.... Yet, Dragon US halftrucks are good and may not be easy for challging and overrun. Maybe Trumpter just delayed this program.... I don't think trumpter will release their halftrucks this year....
I got a intresting news. Maybe Trumpeter will make use of the further works on US halftrucks into M3A1 White scout car. This is I guessed from the in private communion with a staff of Trumpter. But I don't have any evidence....But I got another intresting news, check this photo:
