Need help identifying amphibian armor

Could some one tell what amphibian armor this is. Do anyone make it in 1/35 and also would like to know what kind of gear is hanging on it.

USMC AAV7A1, Tamiya makes an earlier version LVPT7 and a Gulf War version. Trumpeter makes and updated version but is supposed to be a poor copy with some updated parts. Academy also makes an earlier version.

Thanks sabot Im thinking of recreating this pic in a 1/35 dio what do you think good or bad.

Great idea. Have fun, knock yourself out. I have the original old Tamiya one I plan on doing in Desert Storm Gulf colors (some day).

I just came back great model web store they did not have any from tamiya or academy were else would I might look.

PFC, they just rereleased the deert storm 7 kit here in japan!!!!!!!!!!!! [email protected] theres my email it'll be just a few thousand yen for me to get one for you!!! If your worried about my reputation ask rob he has got some stuff from me before! though he hasn't sent any progress pics!!! but yes i can get that for you, rerelease this week in japan means next month for the rest of the world, forgot to mention that, didn't I, oh well email me and see what i can do. stug

My local shop had 2 of the Trumpter ones, one for $22 and the other for $25 and the Academy one for $30. Just to give you an idea of the going retail price.
