There are only a handful of photos released so far that show the slat armour, the armour mounts, and the welded on mounting points.

These are the best released photos so far. The tanks have only just begun to arrive in Afghanistan and will be prepared over the next month for the arriving Squadron in September. There will be more photos when the crews arrive.

Well I'm gonna go buy a Tamiya Leo 2A6 and start dreaming. Those pictures are awesome. Normally when I see the Ant 124 it's in my home town, Winnipeg. Stops by quite often. Well Miloslav as soon as anything is available for the Leo send some to me please. So neat to see a new tank in Canadian colours.

Well, I've got my Tamiya Leo2 A6. I shall be waiting patiently for some certain clever Canadian chaps who like to play around with resin and moulds to see what they come up with

Miloslav, would this be a project for say, Eduard (or some other company), or personal? I'm pretty sure there are a lot of Canadian armour modelers who would love to see a commercial set. Once the Leopard 2's are deployed, as Jason mentions there should be more photos forthcoming.

Cheers,
Jim

Hi,
I don't have any photo's other than the one's that are on Combat Camara, but just wanted to say don't give up producing the set, I will be buying quite a few Slat sets if they are ever produced. I just don't have the time to scrachbuild all that armour.

Thanks,
John

These are new tanks with brand new modifications and brand new slat armour.....at least give it a couple of months to let the crews actually get on their tanks and get them operational....the photos, many photos, will be coming in the future.

The last thing on the crew's minds is taking photos of brand new operational combat equipment so that modellers can have some photo-etch parts made.

There will be reference material...just be patient and wait to see what the tanks actually look like in combat.
