It seems to be an off-white. Close to the ivory color the Germans used.

I've been inside an actual T34-85. The interior was white -- not at all like the light cream color of German AFVs.

To quote someone who knows:
Soviet stuff is pretty much all the same.

Walls and roof are white, floor is either gray or covered with OD ammo boxes,
based on the vehicle. Most of the details in WWII armor are white or black,
with the gun being basically black and unpainted (greased) steel.

He's right, I was looking inside the T-34 in the RAC Tank Museum in Bovington a few weeks ago - that's what I saw... :-)

Not being an expert and having never been in a T-34 or knowing anyone who knows, all I can do is provide photo reference.
Sgtsteiner and his friend can decide for themselves.

Charles:

I'm not trying to be a smart a$$ or anything, but the color pics on AFV Interiors show a white interior -- not buff or ivory. The other site shows -- albiet weathered -- white also. You might want to get a new monitor for your 'puter.

Good question Steiner. I asked the same thing a couple months ago and came to the conclusion that it would prob be the same color as the outside of the tank, as to help with the camo, so everytime you opened a hatch it wasn't like waving a white flag. Check out the MSN armorama site and take a look at how it turned out for me, then learn from my mistakes, HAHA. Good luck.

If it's a T34 Model 1942 or 1941, both hatches (driver and turret) are white on the inside.

On later models, it looks like the turret hatches were painted the exterior color on the inside as well. As for the driver's hatch on later models -- I'll have to confirm this with my pics -- but I strongly believe the color remained white. The dirver's hatch did not open very far above horizontal and would hardly be the "white flag" presented by the turret hatches.
