I'm having problem logging in to upload content for submission. When I click on any link it asks me to log in, so I put in my user name and password and all I get is...

So I try to register and all I get is...

I'm assuming this is because I'm already a member but when I try the reset/forgot password I don't receive any emails. I've tried checking my spam folder and all the usual stuff but the emails just don't seem to get through to my AOL account any more and I can't change my email address yet as the function doesn't work.

Can anyone help

Allen,
In this scenario (AOL email) I would either have to modify your existing NRC accounts email manually or reset your password manually. If AOL wasn't being so unprofessional about blackholing your email there wouldn't be a problem. An ISP that blackholes email (just trashcans it) is like a mailman who decides which postal mail you should get or not.

Do you have another email you'd like me to reset to or send your password to? I am not sure you'd even get my normal POP emails (although they go through Gmail servers which are not the same as the NRC which goes through FuseMail).

Thanks,
Jim

Thanks Jim, it annoys me that AOL have only started doing this with me lately, I had no problems when you set me up at Telford last year

If you can send the password to tomcat31(at)hotmail.co.uk it would be appreciated (obviously using the @ ) hopefully i'll find it somewhere amongst all the junk mail and if that fails I'll have to set up a gmail account or something.

Cheers

Allen

Thanks for the reset Jim, I tried it this morning, submitted some content and it all worked as it should.

Thanks again.
Allen
