The engine compartment looks to be shaping up nicely, but it's hard to tell in a couple of pictures that are blurry. Will you be posing the tank in a maintenance diorama?

I'd suggest increasing the lighting and back off a bit it really helps.

Wow she looks awesome...great start Over all how was it, did you run into any fit problems yet. I have the same kit and plan to use the Italeri resin engine set and plow system from Trumpeter. Looking forward to the next up-date.

i use the CMK engine and compartment,Eduard PE , as for the turret interior i used the old kit of M1A1 ABRAMS marines detailed again with eduard PE ...

yes, sir matt was right it comes with the kit,the only problem was it's too thick got the hard time bending it..

but it seems that on the left hand-side top of the engine bay we can see inside an empty hull
and it looks like you break this part right ??
Just fix it and add some ratchet strip down to secure the stovage and you will have a nice looking M1

Is the engine bay as it comes from CMK or have you done a lot of scratch with card stock and fiddley bits?

thanks...as for the left side of the engine bay,i'm not yet decided if om going to scratchbuilt the details,i think its the radiator bay???got to find more reference for that.
